you may be eligible for HouseCall. One call to us, and our professionals will work with you, your family, your specialists or other health care professionals
to decide on the plan of care that’s best for you.
HouseCall currently serves patients who live inside I-285.

Regular hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Although we do not make evening or weekend house calls,
after hours consultation is available to determine if urgent care is warranted.
Primary Medical Care in the Comfort of Your Home
HouseCall is a service provided by Visiting Nurse Health System,
a trusted nonprofit provider of healthcare at home.
Experienced physicians and nurse practitioners will visit you in
your home, providing the primary medical care services you need
including diagnostic test and procedures. Follow-up visits will be
scheduled during each home visit. If a problem develops before the
next scheduled visit, you can contact our office to schedule an
earlier appointment.
