A named gift is a wonderful way to honor or memorialize a family member, an entire family or a special friend while also ensuring that Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta continues to meet our community's need for home health, care management and hospice care. You can permanently recognize a loved one through one of the Hospice Atlanta Center’s naming opportunities or create an endowed fund to provide ongoing financial support for critical services.
