Myra’s primary role is to provide leadership and support to the clinical programs from an educational perspective. By providing an adaptive learning environment and using new and emergent technology, staff are able to improve clinical outcomes, service quality, patient satisfaction, performance improvement and patient safety. Formerly a faculty member at the Brydine B. Lewis School of Nursing at Georgia State University, she is currently adjunct faculty in the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University in the area of Health Care Management and Policy. Myra has worked throughout her career developing, managing and directing home healthcare, hospice and community health programs. She spend time consulting with health care programs throughout the country in the area of program improvement and development. She also served as a national accreditation site visitor for home health. Myra received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville State University and Master of Science in Community Health Nursing from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
