Home Healthcare Operations
Joyce’s primary role is to provide leadership, direction and suppport to the Home Healthcare program to optimize operational effectiveness, clinical outcomes, service quality, patient satisfaction, performance improvement and patient safety. Joyce served as Visiting Nurse Clinical Director for two years prior to assuming this role. She was formerly the Home Health Director for a hospital-based home health agency for eight years prior to joining Visiting Nurse. Joyce also led private duty, home hospice and home infusion programs in Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Before that she spent a decade in hospital management. Joyce holds a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration and a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. Joyce is a graduate of West Virginia University.
