Jay Harris

Jay Harris is a member of King & Spalding’s Corporate Practice Group, focusing on transactions in the healthcare industry including mergers, acquisitions and the formation of new structures for the delivery of healthcare services.   His practice includes general corporate work, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, venture capital financings, leveraged buyout transactions and regulatory advice with respect to insurance and investment matters.  Jay graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 1980 and received a J. D. and MBA (with highest honors) from Vanderbilt in 1984.
